David, Just a short note to say that I passed my CCNA qualification yesterday. This would not have been possible without your excellent classroom instruction on the ICND course and the Knowledge Verifier application. My next goal is CCDA qualification and I will shortly be purchasing your Knowledge Verifier for the CCDA.
